Who operates this service

Daviana is a salon management platform operated by Evera Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09649356), registered office 154 Arthur Road, London SW19 8AQ, United Kingdom. Salons subscribe to Daviana to manage their appointments, clients and payments; their clients use it to book, confirm and pay for visits.

Policies

• Privacy Policy — how personal data is handled across the Daviana platform, the DavianaGo staff app and client booking apps.
• Staff tipping terms — the terms under which salon staff receive tips paid through the platform.

Payments

Card payments, deposits and payment links are processed by Stripe. When you pay through a Daviana payment link you are paying the salon named on the page; Daviana does not hold your card details. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the salon’s own policy, which the salon shows you when you book.

Salon customers

Salon businesses use Daviana under the subscription agreement agreed with Evera Ltd at sign-up. Questions about that agreement go to the contact below.
