Common Questions

How do I book an appointment?

Open the app, select your preferred salon location, choose a service and stylist, then pick an available date and time. You'll receive a confirmation by email.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Go to your upcoming appointments in the app and select the booking you'd like to change. You can reschedule or cancel from there. Please note our cancellation policy may apply.

I can't log in to my account

Try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. If you continue to have issues, contact us at the email above.

How do I delete my account?

Please email us at info@gennarodellaquila.co.uk with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and we will process your request within 30 days.

You can also visit any GA Salons location in London for in-person support with your account or bookings.
